Privacy summary
Runspur requires no account and contains no ads. Task names, history, linked applications, and preferences remain on your device. The app collects only non-identifying product interaction and diagnostic information that is not used for tracking.
Data stored on your device
Runspur stores display, low-battery, launch-at-login, pending schedule, and unexpired session settings locally. Task names, types, times, outcomes, and the name and bundle identifier of an application you explicitly link are also local. You can clear completed task records in the app.
Application, battery, and system state
Runspur reads battery level and power-source state locally for power-required starts and low-battery stopping. When you choose to stop after a linked application quits, Runspur locally lists running applications and observes termination events. These states, task names, and linked-application details are not included in analytics or uploaded.
Data we collect
Runspur collects product interaction information such as app launches, menu visits, sessions, and settings actions, plus diagnostic information such as app version, build number, system version, interface language, and installation age. Events contain no name, email address, Apple ID, files, file paths, user content, task names, linked applications, or persistent device identifier.
Purpose and sharing
Analytics information is sent over HTTPS to a developer-operated Umami receiver only for product analytics, troubleshooting, and reliability improvements. Runspur does not sell it, use it for advertising, or use it to track you across apps or websites. The client instructs the receiver to ignore the request source IP, so location is not derived from or retained from the IP address.
Retention and deletion
Pending analytics events remain on your device for no more than seven days and are removed after delivery or expiration. After uninstalling the app, you may delete its app container to remove remaining preferences. Contact us below with questions or deletion requests; because analytics is not linked to identity, we may be unable to locate a particular user's records.
Children's privacy
Runspur does not knowingly collect personal information from children or other users.
